PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of a cooling unit and to exhaust in a direction without affecting the exhaust efficiency, even if display devices are put together in vertical and horizontal directions. SOLUTION: There are provided a cooling fan 7 for cooling the interior of the device, a fan holder 8 for fitting the cooling fan 7, and a duct 9 for ventilating the exhaust from the cooling fan 7. The duct 9 comprises a first exhaust path 9a for ventilating the exhaust in the horizontal direction, a second exhaust path 9b for ventilating in the vertical direction, a third exhaust path 9c orthogonal to each of the first and second exhaust paths, and a wind direction plate 10 for directing the exhaust from the cooling fan to any of the first exhaust path 9a, the second exhaust path 9b, and the third exhaust path 9c. The exhaust is exhausted through exhaust ports, corresponding to the horizontal direction, the vertical direction, and the rear-surface direction, while the fan holder 8 and the duct 9 are integrally molded.
