PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crosstalk generated by disconnection at intermediate parts of Vg lines for driving TFTs arranged in a photoelectric transducer panel. SOLUTION: In the photoelectric transducer panel 16, the plural TFTs 1 (t11-tm4) which are in matrix are driven by using bias voltages applied from the respective drivers (Dr1-Dr4) of a gate driver 13 to the plural Vg lines 4, and signals stored in capacitors 2 (c11-cm4) as photoelectric transducers are transferred from a signal line 5 to a source driver 11. After the signal transfer, electrons stored in second electrodes of the plural capacitors 2 (c11-cm4) connected with a plurality of Vs lines 3 are eliminated. The Vg lines 4 are connected with a GND potential used as a constant potential means on an opposite side of the gate driver 13 for applying bias voltages to the Vg lines 4, by using a semiconductor layer 7 and a metal wiring 8.
