PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send solder balls out one after another. SOLUTION: Many solder balls B put in a solder ball box 11 are sent out in line due to self weight into a solder ball sent out passage 15 via a tapered part 14. A release lever 24 is reciproeally driven by a pusher 45 and a compressed coil spring 53. A parallel link composed of a release link 22 and a follower link 23 drives the release lever 24 to make a parallel motion wherein the release link 22 swings to send the balls B out one after another from a solder ball outlet 16 at the top end of the ball sent out passage 15.
