PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head which can optically access a recording medium with good accuracy and a recording device using the same. SOLUTION: A slider 21 which is floatable on the recording surface of the recording medium while inclining is provided with a SIM 22 for generating near proximity light and has an oscillating mechanism 3 for holding the SIM 22 and an energizing section 4 for generating oscillation energizing force. The oscillating mechanism 3 has a pair 32 of pins freely turnably supporting a frame 30 for holding the SIM 22 and a pair of pins 33 freely turnably supporting a frame 31 in contact with the pairs 32 of the pins, by which the oscillation of two degrees of freedom by the SIM 22 is made possible. The energizing section 4 has four coils 40 to 43 and four nickel magnetic films 44 to 47. The posture of the SIM 22 may be regulated by the attraction and repulsion generated between the nickel magnetic films 44 to 47 by the current input to the coils 40 to 43. Then, the optically access to the recording medium with good accuracy is possible by controlling the posture of the SIM 22 in accordance with the inclining angle of the slider 21. |
