PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device that has high safety and reliability and is excellent in heating efficiency. SOLUTION: The induction heating device comprises a heating roller 30 having a conducting layer 35 that generates heat in the variable magnetic field and an induction coil 31 that is installed separated from the heating roller 30 and generates heat of the conducting layer 35. The induction coil 31 is held by a holder 37 made of insulating body. The holder 37 is constructed of a first and a second holder member 38, 39 that are engaged each other and hold the induction coil in between. A ferrite is held on the outer face 42 of the first holder member 38 out of both holder members 38, 39, which is on the other side of the heating roller 30 with the induction coil 31 interposed in between.
