PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connecting member which is easy to manufacture, to make narrower-pitched, more-core and more compact and is easy to connect. SOLUTION: Conductive fibers 12 are set in a double-sided adhesive sheet 11 with both sides of an insulating sheet 11a coated with adhesive 11b, and a perforating electrode 12 is formed with the conductive fibers 12 arranged and held with both ends positioned on the front and rear faces of the double- sided adhesive sheet 11, on which metal thin films 13 are adhered so as to cover each end of the conductive fiber 12. By simply bonding using the adhesive 11b, mechanical and electrical connections are made at the same time.
