PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the suppression of the heat generation occurring in the ultra-high-speed rotation of a hard disk drive electronic substrate and a hard disk, the vibration damping of derived slight vibration and the suppression of the resonance vibration as well as the electrical conductivity of a housing for the hard disk drive in order to increase the durability of the hard disk drive with lapse of time. SOLUTION: An upper plate 2 and a bottom plate 3 are formed of a heat sink surface having radiation fins. A casing 1 is composed of side pales 7, upper plate 2 and bottom plate 3 consisting of composite tightly adhered plates of different metals varying in resonance frequencies. Cooling fans 10 are disposed in the casing and the hard disk drive 8 is fixed and loaded into the casing 1.
