PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish both the multifariousness of an audio reproduction function to be included in a system and the space saving of the whole system and also to easily and quickly correspond, for instance, to specification change or bug patch, etc., in an on-vehicle audio reproduction system having a plurality of digital audio reproduction functions for different kinds of media. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a plurality of digital signal reading means (11, 21, 31 and 41) for reading the digital signal of a specific data format corresponding to the kinds of media and applies demodulation processing to the digital read signals of the plurality of digital signal reading means into the digital audio signal of a common data format by using a DSP(digital signal processor).
