PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material, having both sound absorbing characteristic and electromagnetic wave shielding characteristic. SOLUTION: The sheet-like material, having both sound absorbing characteristic and electromagnetic wave shielding characteristic is produced by sticking a flexible meshed sheet and an aluminum foil, having a large number of breaks.
