HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise amplifier to be used for a wireless telecommunications system. SOLUTION: An amplifier 82 is provided with an amplifying element 90 like an FET and an oscillation stabilized component monolithically integrated on a common substrate 132. The stabilized component reduces the gain of the amplifying element 90 in high frequencies and prevents high frequency oscillation. The thickness of the substrate 132 is about 4 mils and the operation of the stabilized component can be predicted in the high frequencies.
