SOLUTION: This electronic mail processor 50 for transmitting the electronic mail whose transmission destination is a mail address to a server for receiving and managing the electronic mail. A prescribed mail address of the transmission destination is provided with a form processing part 56 for converting the message form of the received electronic mail to the message form displayable in a terminal 10 used by the user of the mail address of the transmission destination, and a mail transmission part 64 for transmitting the converted electronic mail to the server 30.
