PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a housing of an earphone inserted into an ear concha without forcedly pressing it to prevent falling of it, with small and portable structure and excellent appearance while responding to various size of the lughole of a pinna and stimulating an effective spot, with the pinna prevented from damage as the housing is not forcedly pressed in the ear concha. SOLUTION: An earphone cover 2 which is attached to a housing 5 is provided, with a hooking part 4 provided on one side of the earphone cover 2. The hooking part 4 extends almost arcuately to a rear part 15a of a cymba conchae 15, with its tip end engaged with a recessed part 17 on the side close to the temporal region of a front part 15b of the cymba conchae 15, while pressurizing against a lower side 15g of a protruding part at the upper part of the cymba conchae for engagement of the earphone with the ear concha.
