PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the difference in the cooking up temperature foods due to the difference in the initial temperature and the shape in heating plural food items. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a sensor 10 which detects the temperature of the food 1 indirectly and a control part 11 which controls a motor A7 or the like based on the information on the temperature from a sensor 10, and is equipped with a metal turn table B8 that is coaxial with a turn table 6A at the bottom of the turn table A6, and a motor B9 that rotates the turn table B8. A slit 8a of which one side has a length of 1/2 wavelength or more of the used frequency is provided at the turn table B8 at at least one or more locations. The distance from the bottom face of the heating chamber 2 to the turn table B8 is made a multiple of an integral multiple of the 1/4 wavelength of the used frequency, and the distance from the turn table B8 to the top face of the mounting plate 5 of the food 1 is made a 1/4 wavelength of the used frequency. When the variation of the temperature of the food 1 is to be improved, the slit 8a of the turn table B8 is aligned with the food 1 and the turn table B8 is made to rotate synchronous with the turn table A6.
