PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath superior in flexibility, mechanical strength, and end cutting workability. SOLUTION: This sheath is obtained by molding a thermoplastic elastomer composition which does not contain halogen, and the thermoplastic elastomer composition has a density not more than 1.1 g/cm3 in ASTM D792, and flexural modulus is in the range of 1.5 to 100 MPa, and tensile elongation at break is not more than 500% in JIS K6251-93.
