PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet type dynamoelectric machine which has the excellent operation reliability and can suppress the decline of the efficiency and the increase of heat generation. SOLUTION: A diameter outside rotor 100 which is turned facing the inner circumferential surface of an armature core 301 has permanent magnets 103 foming field fluxes. A diameter inside rotor 200 comprises an anisotropic rotary yoke or a magnet rotor which has an outer circumferential surface facing the inner circumferential surface of the diameter outside rotor 100 and is provided rotatably. The relative angle between both the rotors is adjusted to control the characteristics mechanically.
