PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for an electroacoustic part for simplified operation as well as smaller acoustic apparatus such as a portable telephone and the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of connectors 4 are provided side by side for integration on the bottom surface of a holder 2 of an insulating elastomer which houses a small electroacoustic part 1. Each of the connectors 4 comprises a cylindrical conductive elastomer 5 contacting an electrode of the electroacoustic part 1, and a metal thin wire 6 embedded in the central axis direction of the conductive elastomer 5. The electroacoustic part 1 and an electronic circuit board 13 are not required to be soldered while a lead wire is omitted for simplified and sped up operation and lower cost. Further, since the mounting space is reduced a portable telephone and the like are miniaturized.
