PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly deteriorate a waveform quality in the case of passing a high frequency signal through an output signal transmission line. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor relay provided with a light emitting element 2 for emitting an optical signal corresponding to an input signal, a light receiving element 6 for generating a photovoltaic force by receiving the optical signal of the light emitting element 2, a semiconductor device 12 for output, with which the photovoltaic force of the light receiving element 6 is impressed between a gate and a source and an impedance between a drain and the source is changed, and an output side signal line 11 connected to the semiconductor device 12 for output, a ground line 14 having a ground potential paired with the drain potential of the semiconductor device 12 for output is internally located.
