The shutter, comprising a series of articulated metal slats (2), has guide rails (1) shaped to give the slats a wavy configuration in both vertical and horizontal positions. It has an additional lower rail (6) with a stop (7) for the lower end of the shutter, and the slats act as springs which lock them in the rails. Vertical movement of the shutter is eased by stainless steel balls and plastic pads in sleeves on the ends of steel rods (5) linking adjacent slats. |
