PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-processed casing component for optimum shielding against an electromagnetic field, while providing almost uniform conductivity across the entire electrically-equipped cabinet. SOLUTION: The casing component comprises a door 3, a body 2, and an elastic seal 5 which is electrically conductive and provided between them. The casing components 2 and 3 further comprise surface layers 12 and 14 for electrical insulation. The casing components 2 and 3, fitted to each other, comprise corresponding contact parts 9 and 16 which are electrically conductive, with the contact parts covered with a protective layer. The protective layer can be removed for electrical connection between the casing components 2 and 3 as well as for sealing at assembling an electrically-equipped cabinet 1. |
