PURPOSE: A vertical blind is produced from a cutter by performing cutting and finishing process in one time, thereby improving working efficiency and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A cutter(10) for cutting a raw material for vertical blinder comprises a raw material shaft(20) wound with the raw material. A plurality of ultrasonic generating portion(30) is positioned in lower side of the raw material supplied from the raw material shaft generating ultrasonic wave. A raw material cutting portion(40) rotates vertically by a driving power, and has a cutting blade and pressing members in both sides of the cutting blade. An ironing portion irons the cut raw material.
