The machine has a number of metal filament twisting tools (11) fixed to a moving plate (1) and driven by a wheel and endless screw system. The metal filaments are stretched between a series of vertical pins (14) fixed to a second plate (7) by a distribution system, and a mechanical system with two combined springs places the filaments with precision into slotted wheels of the twisting mechanism.
