PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop grommet which can improve the quality of sound insulation. SOLUTION: This waterproof grommet 10 has a small/large diameter tube part 11, 13 inserting wire harness 18 in the inside, a cable through tube part 14 between the small/large diameter tube parts 11, 13 provided with a fitting part 13b fitted to a through-hole 21 of a panel 20 in an external peripheral surface 13a of the large diameter tube part 13 provided with a water stop tube part 12 communicating with the small diameter tube part 11 in the inner part side of this large diameter tube part 13. It is further provided with a sound insulating film 16 formed with an air layer Y by folding back an end part 12d of this water stop tube part 12 to the outside a space X formed by the water stop tube part 12 and the wire harness 18 filled with a liquid-state hardening sealing 17, the cable through tube part 14 is provided in an inner side of the water stop tube part 12, the tip end side of a reversing part 16c of the sound insulating film 16 freely coming into close contact with an internal peripheral surface 13c of the large diameter tube part 13. |
