PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the input/output dynamic range of a circuit for amplifying and outputting an analog input signal. SOLUTION: An input voltage Vin is supplied through a capacitor Cin to the inverted input terminal of a differential amplifying step 1 of a CMOS configuration, and a feedback capacitor Cf is connected between the output terminal of an output step 3 for amplifying the output of the differential amplifying step and the inverted input terminal. The output step 3 is provided with cascade- connected first to third CMOS inverters 31-33, the gate of the P-channel transistor of the first CMOS inverter 31 is connected to the output terminal of the differential amplifying step, a reference voltage Vc is supplied to the gate of an N-channel transistor, and the gates of the P-channel and N-channel transistors are connected to the second and third CMOS inverters. By amplifying the output of the first CMOS inverter with the second and third CMOS inverters, the open loop gain of the circuit is increased and the linear region of input/ output transmission characteristics can be expanded.
