PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle position fixing equipment which can fix a circuit state, even when excessive input is applied to the handle section. SOLUTION: The handle position fixing equipment for fixing the handle section of the circuit breaker to an open circuit position or a closed circuit position is constituted with a handle equipped frame section and a locking section. The handle equipping frame section is constituted with a projecting section for insertion which can be inserted to a meat theft hole formed in a direction which intersects perpendicularly with a plane containing a trail of a rotating movement prepared in the above handle section, and while one of the planes parallel to the plane containing the trail of the rotating movement of the handle section is opened, an escape stop means which prevents escaping from the handle equipping frame section in the direction which intersects perpendicularly with the plane containing the trail of the rotating movement. The locking section is formed so that the movement in a rotating movement direction of the handle of the handle position fixing equipment may be suppressed by locking to the end edge of the opening, and the locking section and the projecting section for insertion may fix the position of the handle section to the cover by being attached to the handle section from the direction which crosses the plane containing the trail of the rotating movement.
