PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive broadcasting service wherein viewers can view programs anywhere and the burdens on the viewers are reduced. SOLUTION: A program provided by a broadcasting service provider 2000 through a broadcasting network 200 for broadcasting programs is received and played back at a portable user terminal 10. In addition, an information menu composed of information tied to the program provided by an information provider 1000 through a mobile communication network 100 for mobile communication is received and displayed at the user terminal 10. The user terminal 10 transmits a process request, such as an order for goods and a request for participation in programs, selected by the user of the user terminal 10 from the information menu, to the information provider 1000, and the information provider 1000 provides service corresponding to the process request. |
