<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery and a manufacturing method of the solar battery, having high-energy conversion efficiency and superior durability, without requiring high accuracy in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The main part of a substrate l is an n- layer, and a middle level layer 2 with electron trap is formed on a photo-sensitive face as one main side of the n- layer. An antireflection film 15 is formed on the surface of the middle level layer 2. An n+ semiconductor region 6 and a p+ semiconductor region 9 are formed on the other side of the substrate 1. External electrodes 14n and 14p are connected with each semiconductor region 6 or 9. An exposure part, in which the external electrodes 14n and 14p are not formed among the other main side, is covered with an oxide film.</p> |
