<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module connecting terminal box device, having high heat radiation effect, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A solar battery module connecting terminal box device 2 comprises a plurality of connection terminals 11, which are respectively connected to a plurality of lead frames 40 from a photoelectric conversion element of a solar battery module; and a bypass diode 15 as a bypassing rectifier element for connecting the plurality of connection terminals to each other. The bypass diode 15 is a bare-chip diode, and is directly connected to a pair of connection terminals out of the plurality of connection terminals 11. Further, preferably the plurality of connection terminals 11 are formed of copper or a copper alloy. After these terminals 11 and the bypass diode 15 have been formed as a part which has beforehand been integrated, it is mounted to a box body 7.</p> |
