PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic radiation without lowering the drive ability of an output circuit in a semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The absolute values of potentials of first to n-th voltage sources 10-1 to 10-n are successively increased in this order. An output means 11 is connected to the first to n-th voltage sources 10-1 to 10-n and outputs any one of first to n-th voltages to the other internal or external circuit. When the state of a signal is changed, by controlling the output means 11, a stepwise transition means 12 transits the output voltage step by step from a voltage closest to the present output voltage to the other voltage. Corresponding to a circuit, to which the output means 11 is connected, a stepwise transition stop means 13 stops the stepwise change.
