PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter, a dielectric duplexer and communication equipment provided with the same, with which an attenuating pole position is made proximate to a passband without deteriorating reflection characteristics inside the passband and increasing an insertion loss. SOLUTION: Inside a dielectric block 1, inner conductor forming holes 2a-2d respectively forming inner conductors on inner surfaces are located and outer conductors and input/output electrodes 5a and 5b are formed on the outer surface but the input/output electrode 5a is formed from the side face of the dielectric block 1 to a surface for mounting onto a mount substrate. Then, capacitance is generated between the inner conductors of the respective inner conductor forming holes 2a and 2b and the cross section of the inner conductor forming hole on the side of an opening terminal is formed in the shape of oblong circle extended parallel to the side face of the dielectric block 1.
