PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided connecting flexible wiring board which can improve the connection reliability for circuit boards. SOLUTION: The flexible wiring board 30 has a polyimide film 10 having through-holes 10a at prescribed positions and first and second electrodes 31, 32 provided on both sides of this film 10. The second electrode 32 is provided so as to close one opening of the through-hole 10a of the film 10. The first and second electrodes 31, 32 are electrically connected through a plating 23.
