PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a display of road information on an express highway from burdening a driver. For a little while after the vehicle V enters the express highway, that is, till first prescribed time elapses after the vehicle V enters the express highway, for instance, the display of the road information on the monitor 11 is regulated. Also for a little while after the vehicle V enters a tunnel, the display is regulated in the same way. |
