PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device that can steadily prevent a hot offset. SOLUTION: This is a heating device 7 for making a heat transfer by contacting a heated member S and comprises a heat generating means 8, a heat conduction means 7A which conducts the heat of the heat generating means 8 to the heated member S, and a pressurizing means 7B which contacts the heat conduction means 7A and makes the heated member S contact the heat conduction means 7A. The heat generating means 8 is arranged on the upstream side of the moving direction of the heat conduction means 7A and the pressurizing means 7B based on a point of the clamping transfer section N of the heated members S that is structured by the heat conduction means 7A and the pressurizing means 7B, and at a position opposed to the melting object T on the heated member S.
