<p>A method for incineration disposal of waste capable of easy disposal of incineration residues in a gasifying furnace by utilizing the existing equipment, comprising the steps of producing combustible gas by carbonization of waste (A) in a gasifying furnace (1), introducing the combustible gas into a combustion furnace (3) where it is burnt, the combustible gas being produced in the gasifying furnace (1) in such a manner that the temperature in the combustion furnace (3) is maintained at a value capable of melting the incineration residues, melting the incineration residues by loading them into the combustion furnace (3) during combustion of the combustible gas, allowing a molten material (B) to flow out of the outlet port (32) of the combustion furnace (3) into a receiving tray (33), and allowing it to solidify, wherein the air to be fed to an air jacket (6) and oxygen to be fed to the gasifying furnace (1) and combustion furnace (3) are heated by heat exchange with the waste gas from the combustion furnace (3), the heat exchange being effected by installing a heat exchanger (36) internally equipped with a conduit (8) in the waste gas flow channel of the combustion furnace (4) and passing through the conduit (8) the air and oxygen from downstream side toward upstream side of the waste gas flow.</p> |
