The boot binding at a ski (1) has a holder (2) for the ski boot (11), with an adjustment to set the boot position across the ski width. The adjustment mechanism has a slide guide (8) and a screw spindle (9), between the ski and the binding. The slide guide has selected guide paths which lock into each other at the binding base (6), secured to the ski or a moving part (7) of the holder. The adjustment is manual, or through a motor.
