<p>A security system using the Internet for automatically reporting an emergency occurring in an security-object thing for which the user is under contract with a security company even when the thing is in motion to the security company and the contractor. The security system is constituted of an instruction center terminal system having communication means for two-way communication over, for example, the Internet, an associated security company terminal system networked and installed in an associated security company, and a security-object thing terminal installed in a security-object thing. The instruction center terminal system for two-way communication of emergency report items comprises emergency report receiving means for enabling the instruction center terminal system to receive an emergency report from a security-object thing terminal system, nearest security company searching means for enabling the instruction center to search for the nearest security company nearest to the security-object thing from among the networked associated security companies, and emergency report program transmitting means for transmitting emergency report programs such as a chat program from the instruction center to the security-object thing and the nearest security company.</p> |
