The arrangement generates heat or cold based on Peltier devices with conventional Peltier elements, which are generally inserted into a rear wall of a container, enabling internal circulation and blowing away of external heat. The internal volume is cooled by circulation in which hot air is sucked in at the top and blown out at the bottom when cooled.
