<p>The proposed constructive arrangement comprises a front wheel (2) with a rigid support made-up by two sidepieces (22) with an interior shaft (23) where it is adequately assembled a wheel hub (2). The back wheel (3) is a 'free turn wheel' type with a suspension made-up by a rotating support (4) and support reinforcement (5). The rotating support (4) is made-up by a vertical shaft (41) from where depart two sidepieces sloped backwards (42), on whose free and inferior end is positioned a shaft (43) with a wheel hub (3). The vertical shaft (41) is with bearing on the board (10) through an inferior bearing device (45) mounted in the reinforcement of the support (5). This reinforcement (5) is made-up by a base (51) for fixation on the board (1) and by two sidepieces (52) that end in the inferior bearings hub (45). The back wheel's (3) suspension, optionally, can present a braking piece (7) that comprises a base (71) for dixation on the board (1), from where depart two sidepieces (72) that adequately retain the sidepieces (42) of the rotating support (4), hindering the free rotation of the back wheel (3).</p> |
