PURPOSE: To provide a disposable wear capable of surely lacing the trunk of a wear tight and strongly lacing the legs of the wear tight. CONSTITUTION: A pair of first wings 8 having elastic contractility, are extended from both side edges 5c to the laterally outward direction of a waist zone 22, basic side edge parts 8a of the first wings 8 are respectively connected to both side edges 5b of an inside leg zone 21, a pair of second wings 9 having elastic contractility are extended from the both side edges 5c of the waist zone 22 to the laterally outward direction while superposed with the first wings 8, the basic side edge parts 9a of the second wings 9 are not connected to the both side edges 5b of the inside leg zone 21, the elongation stress of the first wings 8 acts in the direction around the trunk and the direction around the leg in connecting the front and waist zones 20 and 22, and the elongation stress of the second wings 9 acts in the direction around the waist.
