The present invention provides synthetic compounds based on amino acid residues (700-708) of the native human cancer antigen protease activated receptor-3 (PAR-3), antibodies that recognize and bind to these compounds, polymucleotides that encode these compounds, and immune effector cells raise d in response to presentation of these epitopes. The invention further provide s methods for inducing an immune response and administering immunotherapy to a subject by delivering the compositions of the invention.
