<p>A method of manufacturing a spherical seamless capsule formed by covering filling substance such as medicine with film substance such as gelatin, comprising the steps of disposing a coaxial multiple nozzle above the liquid level of hardening liquid with the tip thereof facing downward, dripping, into the hardening liquid, a coaxial cylindrical combined liquid flow formed of the filling substance and the film substance on the outside thereof, allowed to flow down from the coaxial multiple nozzle, and interrupting the combined liquid flow in the hardening liquid to form liquid drips, whereby the film substance of the liquid drips is hardened by the hardening liquid to form the seamless capsule, the deformation of the liquid drips due to a collision thereof with the liquid level is not produced because the liquid drips are not dropped into the hardening liquid, and the water content contained in the hardening liquid is not adhered to the surface of the nozzle and thus not invaded into the combined liquid flow because the tip of the multiple nozzle is positioned above the liquid level of the hardening liquid.</p> |
