PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor storage in which high operation speed and multi-function operation are realized and which is suitable for generating three dimensional picture. CONSTITUTION: In a first period when read-out data are outputted to a data terminal synchronizing with a synchronizing signal in data read-out operation, write-in data are inputted synchronizing with the synchronizing signal through the data terminal in data write-in operation, output operation of this read-out data is performed for the data terminal, this device is provided with a second period when input operation of write-in data through the data terminal is permitted and input of write-in data is started after specifying write-in operation, and a third period when input of write-in data is performed, output of the read-out data for the data terminal is permitted in the second period.
