<p>A robot apparatus (1) comprises a central processing unit (CPU) having a plurality of objects and adapted to perform control through object-to-object communication between objects so as to perform object-to-object communication by controlling accesses made by the objects to a shared memory shared by the objects. Specifically, the central processing unit generates pointers (P11, P12, P13, P21, P22) in response to an access made by an object to predetermined area (M1, M2) of a shared memory (M), counts the pointers by means of number-of-references counting objects (RO1, RO2), and performs the object-to-object communication by controlling the access in accordance with the count. Thus, smooth process-to-process communication is readily realized.</p> |
