The disinfection fluid, an acid or alkaline solution, is atomized as a mist in the mixing vessel or lines leaving it, in relatively small dosed quantities. Both before and after this addition, vessel and lines are blown dry with compressed air. An Independent claim is included for corresponding equipment, including an atomizer or ejector (10) in the mixing vessel (12).
