<p>The invention discloses a new polypeptide- human CBP20 protein 47.74, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. It also dislcoses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as fetation abnormality, autoimmune disease, tumor disease, and for study on human anti-ageing, etc. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses.
