<p>The invention relates to a method for improving the microbicidal properties of antimicrobial polymers. Said antimicrobial polymers are produced, mixed or swelled using aprotic solvents, and the nonpolar solvent is then removed. The invention also relates to the use of microbicidal polymers comprising improved microbicidal properties as a coating; and a method for disinfecting cooling water flow by means of antimicrobial polymers having improved microbicidal properties.</p> |
