<p>A first object with an electrode is joined to a second object with an electrode fluxlessly by applying an energy wave or an energy particle beam to the electrode of at least one of the objects so as to clean it, coating the electrode with a nonconductive paste while maintaining a special gas atmosphere, and joining the objects with the nonconductive paste surface interposed therebetween. The primary and secondary oxidations of the objects are effectively prevented, thereby enabling fluxless joining. The mounting steps are simplified and the quality of the joined objects is improved.</p> |
