PURPOSE: An apparatus for foaming pearlite is provided which enables easy foaming operation and simple heat insulation construction even at the construction field. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for foaming pearlite comprises a connection pipe(20) which is installed at the upper part of a bucket transfer unit(15) connected to a preheating and drying unit(1) and connected to a foaming device(2) forming a vertical foaming furnace; a long conduit(21c) which is connected between a connection curved pipe(21) at the upper part of the vertical foaming furnace and a cyclone(22) at the upper part of a fine dust separator(5); a connection pipe(21b) connecting a dust collector(3) to a heat exchanger(4); and a connection pipe(21a) which is installed at the upper part of the heat exchanger(4) and connected to the upper part of the fine dust separator(5), wherein the foaming device(2) is constructed as a vertical foaming furnace which is vertically set up, a burner is installed at the lower part of the vertical foaming furnace in such a manner that the burner is connected to the foaming device(2), and an air supply part is installed at the lower part of a collector in the fine dust separator(5) while a discharge pipe is installed at the side part of the collector so as to discharge a foamed material.
