PURPOSE: Provided is data transmission and collection method in a power wire by leak current which uses power wire and ground construction to transmit data stably so that it utilizes the power wire as communication wire to transmit data without piping work. CONSTITUTION: The data transmission and collection method in the power wire by leak current is characterized by flowing a data signal for power used from the power wire to ground as leak current and receiving a signal transmitted as leak current from a detection coil with winding the entire power supply wire in one direction.
