AIR-BAG-USE NON-COAT BASE CLOTH AND AIR-BAG-USE FIBER

An air-bag-use non-coat base cloth which uses, for both or one of a warp and a weft, a synthetic-fiber multi-filament having a flatness at a single yarn's section of 1.5-8.0, a single yarn fineness of up to 10 dtex, and a total fineness of 200-1000 dtex, and which is characterized by concurrently satisfying a cover factor of 1700-2200, an air permeability (PL) at low pressure of up to 0.1 cc/ cm<2>/sec, and an air permeability (PH) at high pressure of up to 20 cc/cm<2>/sec, the air-bag-use base cloth being excellent in housing feature while maintaining a strength and a low air-permeability necessary for an air bag.
