The present invention provides array systems that facilitate the simultaneou s monitoring of many interactions between biological molecules. Biomolecule arrays according to the present invention provide a flexible and general too l and will alloy biological researchers to probe cellular protein interactions with high throughput. In certain embodiments, the present invention provides methods and arrays for analyzing biochemical pathways comprising the steps o f forming an array of immobilized biomolecules; exposing said array to biomolecules in solution; and detecting modification of the immobilized biomolecules, modification of the biomolecules in solution, and/or binding o f biomolecules in solution to immobilized biomolecules. |
